My brother Carl Boyanton running for Congress against Congressman Palazzo, spent time, money, and even going to listed noon-existing offices; Palazzo claimed to be paying rent or owning to find out the campaign reports to be false. As far as I know, only one newspaper in Mississippi reported this in their paper. This paper took it out the next day once Mr. Palazzo or his office called, denying Mr. Carl Boyanton’s allegations. Mind you, Mr. Boyanton sent all the false filings and broken laws. Carl wasn’t asking to convict the congressman; he wanted the people of the state to realize the man that helps make the laws of the land is not following their rules. Television wasn’t much better WLOX finally, after much time, decided to have Carl Boyanton to the station to explain the theft of campaign spending for all to see.

“The filing by Carl Boyanton’s allegations of unlawful spending was investigated and determined in a unanimous vote of 6-0 that Congressman Palazzo indeed broke campaign spending laws.” (This now is in the hands of the Politicians that Congressman Palazzo is a member of, strange maybe we all should be able to pick our judge and jury amongst our friends)

My instinct kicked in that Congressman Palazzo was not a brain surgeon on how he covered his tracks; for him being a CPA, it was borderline insane. I believe he had been doing false filings so long and had received only a slap on the wrist the first time he was caught,years ago, felt at best, another slap on the wrist.

My brother and I have started investigating other Mississippi politicians filings, and we will be reporting on them soon. Some things we have found out might be legal, but DAMN, they smell.
