Putin, as with Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and all other tyrants against humanity once given absolute power, chooses to use it to forefeel the vacuum of empty feelings inside their blown egos. The need by humans to be part of the whole of the movement keeps level-minded people standing in line to help build evil leaders that have no boundaries.
