If Ukraine just quit fighting and submitted to the Russian invasion would the world invite Russia back into the fold as nothing has happened? If the invasion is successful and Ukraine is defeated partially or completely ,what happens then?

Economic sanctions can determine the end of this war and most others. If taken to the extreme cutting all ties to the rest of the world including all trade, isolate to the point of nothingness coming or going.
