I talked With Senator Wicker for a minute, or two, i don’t dislike the man, but I think he and I are on different sides on spending money. He if I recall with Obama voted almost ever time to increase the debt ceiling. He supports the billions being spent on the Ukrainian war. I agree we should support the war effort, but it should be heavy on the European side, not the American. My greatest fear is the debt, for the future of the nation. From less than a trillion and forty-some-odd years later, 31 trillion, his signature is on most of that debt.

The one thing that intrigued me was that if the Republicans take over the Senate, he will become the Chairman of the Armed forces committee. This would potentially could bring extra money to the coast and the state of Mississippi.
