JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI

(we need truth)

Harvey Johnson first black “Mayor of Jackson” 1997. to 2005 a short 25 years ago, so anyone thinking this is a race issue is mistaken. This is a political issue the democrats have been in charge of Jackson forever. Governor Tate Reeves and his administration are not responsible for the water situation in the city; let’s look at history.

1989, the first real discover of significant water problems. Ray Mabus was the Democrat Governor and Mayor Alney Dale Danks Jr “white” democrat. The problems with the water went much further back, but the knowledge of the extent of the problem was identified at this time. Reading and listening to television and newsprint as if this was the racist situation when “white democrat Mayors” ran this city up until 25 years ago is complete insanity.

Mississippi, in its entire time as a state, since reconstruction, has only four republican Governors. The total amount of “ruling” as state governor by Republicans is about “26 years”—these 26 years interrupted by four years of a Democrat Ronnie Musgrove. There was no Republican challenger for Governor until the early 1960s in Mississippi. Blaming the Republicans for our standing in the nation is untrue, without merit and is a complete lie.

THERE IS NO RACIST ISSUE HERE; THERE IS A POLITICAL ISSUE OF BAD DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP.
