My wife which is not political at all,would wonder, why the Republicans would spend millions to retain a sitting Congressman against another Republican but sit on the sidelines and allow the most unamerican elected Mississipian that I know of get a free ride. The loss of credibility with the powers in charge will be challenged and eroded as they look and act like they are in bed with Democrats. Where are the political voices leading the charge to remove Congressman Thompson? Where are the leaders leading the parade to remove this cancer from our state? I can’t believe that most of the politicians in power don’t realize a election is coming to the second district?

LG Hosemann, an elected Republican, gave the leading roles to many republican committees to democrats. Isn’t it strange the Democratic party that ruled Mississippi for over 100 years, keeping us on the bottom, is being trusted to lead republican committees to run Mississippi? CNN wouldn’t cover this, as it is too far from being possible.

MEETING CLEVELAND, MISSISSIPPI SEPTEMBER 20, 2022

My brother Carl and I, with many other concerned Mississippians, drove five and half hours to attend a political conflab to elect conservative candidates. The most pressing issue of this meeting was the lack of courage by our elected republican in backing with political clout and money to elect a new Congressman in the 2nd district. With only six weeks before the election, no fireworks, no help, it makes even the strongest republican wonder why?

We had 25 people from around the state, strong-minded, determined men and women that are not just screaming in a canyon. This being a meeting to remove and replace politicians that speak an excellent conservative speech but walk as if they are on eggshells. We all agreed, without great help by all and some political strength of the party, that our support to elect Brian Flowers may be for naught, but we did agree to help as much as we can in this short time frame, and if not successful this fight will renew after November.
