The idea is that a group that is supposed to be helping the poor is allowed to spend an “UNGODLY” amount of money as if it were their piggy bank. I can’t believe that a Governor or governors would ever entertain the idea of how the money is to be spent when it was marked for a different purpose. What bothers me most is how we had no control or accounting to end this quickly.

I imagine this investigation, as always, starts at the bottom and does not work itself to the top until it makes confident it doesn’t affect future elections. In my brother and I’s quest to unseat Congressman Palazzo, we ran into a block wall with elected politicians and the journalist. Mississippi journalists are bought and paid for; they have no investigation will. (at least in politics) We had to take the misdeeds and send them to congress to get any Mississippi news outlet to cover. We won the battle to unseat this congressman, but most people would not have put in this amount of effort and money.

It matters not that politicians are republican or democrat this amount of wasted money was allowed by someone or many, at the very top. I have been gathering info from people across the state that is painting a ugly picture. Again be very skeptical of what you are reading, most of it is what they want you to hear. Common sense plays a bigger picture then what they want you to know.
