WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!!!!

We can never imagine the pain when we find we are on the wrong side of the joke. My brother-in-law drove into the shopping mall with one of my company trucks. I noticed as I was passing by. I have a key for each truck, so I started his up and moved it to the other side of the mall. I went on about my business and even forgot about it. They came out of the mall, not having any idea where the truck had gone. Instead of calling me, they called someone else to come to pick them up. Later that night, it dawned on me that they never called, so I called them, hey, where is my truck, he responded I have no idea; we went into the mall, and coming out, it was gone. I asked him did he remember where he parked it; yes, he proclaimed, I told him I would pick him up, and we would go find the truck.

Upon our arrival at the mall, L went to the other side, where I parked the truck from him; it wasn’t there, and now I am worried. He keeps telling me he parked it on the other side of the mall, not this side. I get aggravated and tell him the trucks on this side for dam sure I know where it was parked. After a while I decided to go home and I would call the police on my home phone; no cell phones at this time. I pulled into his driveway to drop him off, not paying attention that they had turned the joke on me; they had found the truck on the other side and figured it had something to do with me.

My brother-in-law died from drugs and alcohol at 52. He never worried about the nation, and he never lost sleep over global warming. Inflation never entered his mind, and I doubt he would have been able to name a single politician, much less who was the president at the time. He was the closes man friend I ever had; I raised my kids and coached, and I had no time for men friends. Not all people are built to lead may he rest in peace.GOD Bless
