Jogging puts women in valunerbal situations of being raped and killed if they are off the beaten path. I have noticed on most of these predators of rapes and killings have been convicted and jailed many times. Most never served any where near the time they were given. We are allowing these people to be released with the hope they have been cured or have learned their lesson, I would rather not release and see if it is true or not. We as citizens must take control of the government and overhaul the judge’s ability to sentences that don’t equal the Crime. Violent prisoners are certainly too evil to release back into society until at least 90 percent of the time, is served.
