the dream election of a frog

Once upon a time in Mississippi, a frog decided to run for political office. He went to Jackson to sign all the papers, but to his chagrin, the Republican party wouldn’t allow a frog to run. He returned to his bogg in Hancock county and gathered all the frogs from miles around to help him in his endeavor. In an excellent frog conflab, they decided that even if the frog was a republican, he had ties to the Democrats, and they always invited misfits and the strange beings.

They hopped all the way to Jackson to Democrat’s headquarters with television crews and newscasters following each hop. The great speech delivered on the steps of the capitol building, was spectacular , and not a single fly was to be seen. The Democrats, as usual, welcomed the frogs with a thunderous applause.

Republican Lieutenant governor Hoseman hearing all the commotion on the capitol steps, hurried from his office to investigate. His quick thinking and realization that this is an election year and he may need some votes welcomed the frogs as one of his own. With a promise for a bogg in every county and a never-ending supply of flies for all, the elimination and complete removal of spraying harmful chemicals to kill insects state-wide, he won the admiration and dedication of all frogs. Again as shrewd blue politician playing both sides of the fence , as he did the first time with Republicans, another Hoseman win.

This is a fictional story, any similarities to real life are just that fictional!!!!
