Money and power seem to have taken over the country from common sense and the love of the country. We are discovering lawless lands in many of our counties and cities. The greatest crooks aren’t the petty robberies that steal daily from other citizens. The lawyers and their courts have twisted and changed the laws of the land to increase the cost of insurance. We must remember these insurance companies lose no money that isn’t made up in the following years by raising our insurance. These lawyers are suing large corporations to have hefty fees , while passing laws that make this easier for them to pursue. Most of our politicians are lawyers passing laws that benefit themselves and their profession. We have a country where in some states and some cities, it is almost impossible to have a fair trial. In New Orleans, many companies will not pursue even the most outrageous claims because juries order excessive amounts of money. After Hurricane Katrina, the laws of the land treated any business as a predator in New Orleans.
We discover in cities like New Orleans and others the lawlessnees is almost impossiable to fix. There isn’t a day that goes by that cars are not burned on the side of the road. My old bussines location was a favorite burn spot maybe 3 cars a week were burned outside our sliding gate. The sad part is these car burnings are all over the city. My salesman’s car bumped a car that left unseen damage on both vehicles, and my insurance paid thousands of dollars. Guess what the insurance companies lose not a dollar, they raise our insurances the coming year.
We have become a country ruled by men that have always been at the lower end of respectability’s “lawyers.” The greatness of the founding fathers was their foresight to forbid lawyers from advertising. This changed on June 27, 1977, Supreme Court. (Bates v. State Bar of Arizona) (notice the supreme court being lawyers giving lawyers what the founding fathers did not)This has given rise to some of the most outlandish individuals that drain us, the people, dry. These insurance companies and lawyers are the same. They have no sense of money because it costs them not a dime; it costs us—the citizens of America.
The theft by lawyers is the most significant drain on American citizens; they steal our wealth on every purchase. rwb
