Some of my Republican friends, and even some conservatives (since not all Republicans are true conservatives), strongly dislike our current governor, and I must agree with their concerns. They’ve sworn not just to vote against him but to vote for Presley as an alternative. However, I find this decision somewhat perplexing because by voting for Presley, you are essentially endorsing his past actions and what he may do in the future.

My friends, we are facing a critical juncture in both our country and our state. We are as divided now as we were in 1860, and our national debt has reached unsustainable levels. The state Republican party appears to have been influenced by monetary interests, but we, the citizens, have the power to change this course of action. The Democratic party is leaning towards a socialist-communist America, a path that would undoubtedly bring significant hardships and suffering for future generations.

No genuine conservative would ever support a socialist-communist agenda. The mounting national debt and the global instability we’re witnessing only further emphasize the importance of our choices in this pivotal moment.
